Multi-domain post-arrest prognostication data feasibility
Canadian prospective feasibility study testing whether multi-domain prognostication data (biomarkers, transcranial Doppler, EEG, neuroimaging, six-month outcomes) can be collected in 30 adults after cardiac arrest — day-1 biomarkers (97%) and CT/MRI were feasible, but serial transcranial Doppler (77%), day-7 biomarker sampling (71%) and the complete six-month multidomain battery (33%) fell short, with remote or proxy-assisted follow-up improving outcome ascertainment.

CONOCES-BLS scale adapted for citizens
Spanish methodological study adapting the CONOCES-BLS knowledge scale for adult laypersons via Delphi expert consensus and pilot testing — content validity was strong (expert agreement above 0.90 on every item, Krippendorff coefficients 0.91–1.0) and internal consistency adequate (Cronbach's alpha 0.82), supporting its use for assessing community BLS knowledge pending further psychometric work.
