  Analysis of 57,378 US paediatric 9-1-1 responses where weight-based medications were given found 73.1% had a documented weight (or length-based estimate), with documentation less likely for adolescents (OR 0.87), Black patients (OR 0.72) and lower-acuity cases (OR 0.59), and more likely with advanced life support crews (OR 2.02).
